La autonomía y la toma de decisiones Si nos paramos a pensar podemos observar cómo buena parte de las conductas de riesgo para la salud y el bienestar propios y de la comunidad son el resultado de decisiones inconscientes en las que las presiones externas pesan más que la propia determinación. Por ejemplo, el consumo de alcohol puede ser resultado de la publicidad, de la presión del grupo de amigos o de la tradición por la cual el alcohol "es de hombres". En todas estas situaciones se consume a causa de una decisión inconsciente, sin reflexión, provocada por la presión exterior. Por eso es tan importante fomentar la toma de decisiones autónoma. Pero, ¿qué quiere decir eso exactamente?. Aclaremos algunos términos: - Toma autónoma de decisiones: la persona aprende a pensar por sí mismo, a ser crítica y a analizar la realidad de forma racional. - Toma responsable de decisiones: La persona es consciente de la decisión tomada y acepta sus consecuencias. Para una situación concreta, tomar decisiones de modo autónomo y responsable es sopesar los pros y los contras de las distintas alternativas posibles en una situación y aceptar las consecuencias de la elección. Así pues, cuando hay que tomar una decisión se debe valorar las posibles consecuencias que se pueden derivar de ella y, si esas consecuencias pueden ser importantes es recomendable no hacer lo primero que se nos ocurra o dejarse llevar por lo que hace “todo el mundo”. Cuando nos enfrentamos a un problema o a una decisión que puede tener consecuencias importantes es necesario pensar detenidamente qué es lo que se puede hacer y valorar cada alternativa. La musica

Hay varios tipos de música en el mundo y todos tienen algo en común y algo diferente. La música es usada para mostrar sentimientos, unir personas, entretener y es una forma de comunicación. Dependiendo del genero es cuando las personas pueden percibir el animo, el estado, etc, de una o varias personas. Algunos géneros muy comunes en mi sociedad. -Musica clasica -Electronica -Punk -Reggeton -Hip hop -Jazz -Reggae -Funk Metal -Metal -Rock -Blues -Funk Entre otras. Mi favorita es el Punk Rock porque me expreso muy bien con ese genero y ademas escucho mucho Blink 182, Sum 41, SimplePlan y Greenday. Tambien la musica puede expresar la epoca que la sociedad esta viviendo como la era medieval y del renacimiento escuchaban musica clasica que es elegante mientras que en los 60 y los 70 fue mas disco.

I was born in Los Angeles California on October 2nd, 1930. When I was young my hobbies were: telling jokes like a comedian, and singing Michael jackson‘s songs. I was Michael in the premier of Thriller that was released on December 2nd, 1983 but my favorite hobby was to traveling to China because I was working in Japan and China was close.

My life:
I was friends of Akio Morita and Masaru Ibuka (the creators of Sony).I met Masaru Ibuka at the end of the World War II, in 1945 when he started his radio report,and in 1946, I met Masaro Ibuka and traveled to The United States because at Bell Lab the transitor was invented. He convinced Bell to license the transitor of technology to our company. We used this technology for millitary applications. After all American companies built the first transitor radios,and our company made them commercially known.

In 1995, our company released and produced a transitor radio designed by us, which was so popular that in December we produced another transitor radio. In 1956 we produced a transitor radio which featured an innovate slim design and a better sound quality. At the end of 1956,we met Fuyuhikpo Okabe. He created a cartoon known as Sony Boy in order to make publicity.

Between 1957 and 1967 our company grew a lot. In 1968 we sold more than 5,000,000 units. In 2010, our company was recognized as the corporation that leaded the manufacturers of electronic products with the most comprehensive entertainment companies in the world. The company with more than 5 principal businesses included Sony Pictures Entertainment, Sony Erickson and more, I died in the year 2010, at the age of 80.

Biography Alejandro Magno

Alejandro Magno, a great conqueror of the ancient word.

I admire Alejandro Magno because he was one of the greatest conquerors of the world. In Spring of 334 BC, Alejandro formed an army of 30,000 men on foot, and 5,000 men who were on horses with the intention of invading Persia by crossing the Hellespont. Alejandro almost conquered Persia. Another thing that made him a great conqueror was his curiosity for exploration. He conquered Greece. During his youth Arestotle was his mentor.

Aristotle was born in the year 384 BC, in a small town close to Mount Athos Macedonian called Stagira. Aristotle taught him many things. He was young, brave and gifted with intellectual qualities. Alejandro the great king of Macedonia conquered in a short time one of the greatest empires. While characterizing his politics and great ability as a military strategist this allowed him to settle.

His life was short, but we founded a city and decided to call it Alexandria, after his name. The Conquest lasted 8 years and finally he went to India. He admired plants, words, and the Greek culture. The city Bucefalia even honored Alejandro's horse Bucefalo.

He got married with Roxana in 327BC. Later his horse Bucefalo died in 326 BC. Later his army returned to Greece in 323 BC and during his last days of life, he returned to Babylon with a disease that killed him at the age of 33. Alejandro Magno in my opinion was a great person because he led a very interesting life. He was a very important explorer in his time. He has even influenced the way in which people explore and make discoveries today.

When you are feeling sad what do you do to feel better?

When I was sad one day I try to make many things.The first one was to let it go, like cry until you cant breath. Another is to sing sad songs. Another is to play guitar that is the best thing that many times help me a lot. The guitar is my instrument that help me to express my feelings. When were you last in a fight? What caused it and who won?

My last fight was yesterday with my sister because she wanted a candy and I dont want it to give it to her because it was the last candy. My sister star to bit me. That was horrible. Then my mom be kind and give her the last candy. So my sister get the candy. I loose.

When people give you advice do you take it?

Really I will take it because that help of an advice is very good. Many persons teach the others to be a better person. Always the advice is something good in the life of the person. It help to be a better person better student and also better parent. A advice you need to think two times before you hear it.
